Nose

Almost ethereal, this drifts from the glass as if on a cloud. It’s light but it pulls you straight back in, questioning what you just smelled. A little baked orange and some strawberries.

Palate

Really rounded, it glides across the tongue. Sweet and spice mix beautifully here: some nutmeg and peppercorns, baked buttery pastry, and vanilla.

Finish

Long and coating, with a good sharpness of that citrus fruit and spice.

What gets me about this one is the texture — it’s unbelievably rounded and silky. A special dram.
