Nose

Very buttery salted popcorn. Freshly shelled peanuts and pistachios. Coconut oil, cornbread, and ground clove. Mandarin, nectarine, and a little milk chocolate.

Palate

Medium-bodied. The buttery popcorn turns sweet-salty. Vanilla sponge cake, ginger cream and floral honey. Milk chocolate-covered raisins and honeyed cereal. A warm, grassy spice underneath.

Finish

Medium-long on corn kernels, chewy toffees and that fresh, herbal spice.

Comment

A well-balanced bourbon that leans slightly savoury.
